Owner Supply Checklist

All Tahoe Luxury Properties homes are stocked with the below items. Our team will provide a complimentary preliminary inventory assessment, and our services are available to shop for and stock any missing items. Please know that our high standards create our competitive advantage in the marketplace and allow our guests’ the exceptional experience they expect of Tahoe Luxury Properties.

Bedrooms:

  • Washable Duvet Cover with Down Comforter Insert
  • White Sheets – 2 sets per bed (ideally wrinkle free; we are happy to order for you from our supplier)
  • One Blanket Per Bed
  • Mattress Pad
  • Bed Skirt or Box Spring Cover
  • Two Sleeping Pillows Per Person on the Bed
  • One Additional Pillow Per Bed in Each Bedroom Closet in Pillow Case
  • Nightstands on Each Side of Bed
  • Reading Lamps on Each Side of Bed or Mounted on Wall
  • Dresser in Each Bedroom
  • Closet Access to Hang Clothes in Each Bedroom
  • 20 Hangers per Closet – (No plastic hangers, please)
  • Smart TV in one Primary Bedroom
  • One Large Sized Portable Fan per Bedroom (even if a ceiling fan is present)
  • Window Coverings
  • Screens on all Windows
  • * Please store in an alternative locked “owner’s closet” all personal items/clothing

Bathrooms:

  • White Towels – Two Complete Sets of: 2 Bath Towels & 2 Wash Cloths per person – 2 Hand Towels per Bathroom
  • Beach Towels –  1 per the number of people the house sleeps
  • Two Plungers – one on each level of the home
  • Hair Dryers – 1 in each Full Bathroom
  • Pump Soap with Soap for Refilling (keep large refill container in locked supply closet)
  • Small Bar Soaps for Showers (we are happy to order for you from our supplier)
  • Small Shampoos & Conditioner (we are happy to order for you from our supplier)
  • Kleenex Tissue in 2 Bathrooms with Box Covers (Square Box,  not rectangular)
  • Toilet Bowl Brush in each Bathroom
  • Waste Baskets with Liners in each Bathroom
  • Cotton Balls and Q-Tips (optional, but greatly appreciated and will keep your towels whiter)
  • Iron and Ironing board

Living Space:

  • Screens on all Windows
  • Smart TV in Great Room and Family Room / Recreation Room (we strongly suggest switching from Satellite / Cable boxes to Spectrum App (no cable box, cable television through streaming)
  • Stereo System – Sonos Soundbar or Multi-Room Bundle, Bose Wave, Surround Sound System
  • Portable Space Heaters – One in each bedroom closet (in the event the heat goes out)
  • Board Games (optional, but greatly appreciated by families)
  • Fireplace Screen, Hearth Rug, and Fireplace Tools if Wood-Burning Fireplace
  • Firewood and Kindling – stacked in an easily accessible location
  • Ash Can with Tight-Fitting Lid for Ash Disposal

Outdoors:

  • Metal Bear Bin for Garbage (Bear break-ins are a serious issue)
  • Gas BBQ with Tools and Cover (Guests appreciate using the BBQ year round)
  • Propane for BBQ and One Back-Up Tank (or plumbed to natural gas)
  • Outdoor Dining Table for 8 and Umbrella
  • Lounge Type Chairs are Appreciated
  • Beach Chairs for Lakefront Homes
  • Two Snow Shovels

*We set out a starter supply for your guest, after which the guest is to purchase any needs over and above this amount. All supplies should be stored in a locked supply closet for cleaner access. Place the key in a magnetic hide-a-key box. Then, place the magnetic box under the sink, attached to the garbage disposal unit. You are welcome to restock your supplies personally, or we are more than happy to assist.

Safety Precautions:

  • Telephone (with local land line number for emergencies)
  • First Aid Kit in Kitchen Pantry
  • 1 Wall-mounted 3-A:40-B:C Fire Extinguisher on each level of your home
  • As an important safety reminder, please replace smoke detector batteries twice a year and ensure detectors are working prior to entering the program
  • All homes are required to install Carbon Monoxide alarms in accordance with county regulations

Power Outage Kit* in large, zip tied Tupperware container with the following:

  • Six Quality Flashlights with Batteries Installed
  • Six “55 hour – long lasting” 6-inch Candles with Coasters
  • Small Lantern or other Battery Powered Light with Batteries Installed
  • Twelve Extra Batteries for Flashlights
  • Extra Batteries for Lantern
  • One Plug-In Phone

*The kit should be placed in the primary bedroom closet. If your home has two master bedrooms, please indicate in which suite the kit is placed. We are happy to assemble this kit on your behalf. The rate is $150. (Please note we do not mark up these costs, this is the material cost to us.)
