Luxury Vacation Specialists

Seasoned sales agents have a personal conversation with every potential guest, establishing a genuine relationship while facilitating bookings. Agents have previewed every home on our program, discussing your home with first-hand knowledge. Each guest receives a personal call within 24 hours of arrival, reminding guests they have a trusted local resource available at all times.

Vacation Rental Development Manager

Employed to meet and guide new homeowners on our program, our Development Manager is a wealth of knowledge and an expert at guiding you through the onboarding process, setting up your home to maximize revenue. She will monitor rental rates and specials, revise contracts for optimum legal protection, and arrange for professional photography, floor plans and preliminary inventory.

Operations Team

You will have one Operations Team member assigned to your home so that you have a personal point of contact at Tahoe Luxury Properties. Your Operations staff person is extensively familiar with your home, fielding any issues that arise and managing all service providers. Our seasoned Operations Manager is always available for additional support.

Concierge Services

From grocery delivery to spa services to childcare to sports equipment and activities, and everything in between, our Concierge responds to special requests, crafts unique experiences, and takes care of the details so that guests can relax, creating lasting Tahoe memories. Our Concierge is also available as a courtesy to all of our homeowners to assist in any planning or scheduling while you are in town.

Marketing

A full-time Marketing Director manages our advertising strategy, including print advertising, email marketing, paid search, partner sites, press relations & editorial coverage, events, sponsorships, and website content. A full-time social media manager develops content and promotes our vacation rentals across all of our social media channels. With an extensive database of past renters, our email subscriber base includes over 25,000 active recipients.

Accounting

Our in-house Financial Controller and team will process your monthly revenue statements, year-end 1099, vendor invoices, and more. We directly pay and 1099 contractors on your behalf prior to receiving your funds, and simply deduct any necessary costs from your homeowner statement at month end. Unlike many agencies, we do not require funds preemptively to cover expenses.

Local Presence

Our office headquarters are located in Tahoe City. Central to the North Shore, West Shore and Truckee, our location allows us to easily access your home when necessary, respond to guests’ requests efficiently and in a timely manner, and maintain a local inviting space for inquiries and walk-ins. As a local team (with many 10+ year employees!), we take pride in being a valuable resource for our homeowners and guests.
